Bryxemarshoreu offers drawing classes and art education services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our services. Please read this policy carefully before booking a class.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our studio operations.

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a 50% refund or may be rescheduled to another available session at no additional charge.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time are not eligible for a refund. However, we may offer rescheduling on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to help you reschedule your class to a more convenient time, subject to availability.

Advance Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your scheduled class can be accommodated at no charge, subject to class availability.

Last-Minute Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled class may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $10, or you may use your booking credit toward a future class.

Rescheduling Limit: Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. After two reschedules, the booking must be used or will be forfeited.

Monthly Pass Policy

Monthly passes are non-refundable once activated. However, if you are unable to use your monthly pass due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Monthly passes cannot be transferred to another person. Unused classes within a monthly pass do not roll over to the next month.

Private Lessons Policy

Private lessons follow the same cancellation and rescheduling policies as regular classes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

If you need to reschedule a private lesson, please contact us as soon as possible so we can coordinate with your instructor.

Studio Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund, credit toward a future class, or the option to reschedule to another available session.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled class without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. However, we understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us if you missed your class due to an emergency, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

If you paid by cash or check, refunds will be issued by check and mailed to the address on file, which may take 10-14 business days.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you have extenuating circumstances such as a medical emergency, family emergency, or other serious situation that prevents you from attending your class, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and work with you to find a fair solution.

Gift Certificates and Vouchers

Gift certificates and promotional vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. They must be used within the validity period specified on the certificate or voucher.
